		<description>Wow, 85 pounds? Scott, that is PHENOMENAL!!! Congrats!!! I too have started on the path to a happier, skinnier me. I finally saw the light about 3 1/2 months ago; it was like a little switch flipped inside of me. It was about a month or two after I graduated. I had a lot of new-found free time, as well as control over my grocery purchases. I have lost about 28 pounds since then, doing it the right way ... eating healthier and exercising. I&#039;ve even taken up running! Who knew? I&#039;d like to lose another 30-40, so I&#039;m well on my way. But I just wanted to pop in to commend you on all your hard work! Its so liberating and exciting, isn&#039;t it? Come high-school reunion time, we will no longer be the &quot;fat&quot; kids from back in the day. Mwahaha!</description>
