Life Update

I’ve been testing out a lot of new material here lately, thank you to the ones who have left lovely comments, I appreciate it. But I haven’t really given a life update entry.
I’m in Los Angeles currently, enjoying the sun. New York City is home, but I don’t really mind missing the humid, sticky NYC summer. Been performing a ton, last night I was at the Hollywood Improv on Gays R Us - fantastic, or should I said fabulous, or fierce, I dunno, I’m not that gay.
Been dating, which is nice. I took a nice (um, nice?) long break from it while I lost the weight and got my act together, so I’m a little out of touch as to how it works.  Apparently you’re not suppose to arrange the UHaul truck after the 3rd date, who knew?!?
Personally I’ve been a little distracted from my own life, all sorts of craziness has been happening with the family. My brother moved from our home in St. Louis, Missouri to Memphis for school, which is fantastic. He’s so quiet and introverted, so to have him take this bold of a step, it’s wonderful, I’m very proud. Plus I get to eat the shit out of some BBQ while I visit him! My other brother announced that he and his wife are expecting their first child. So at least we know that the family swimmers are fine and doing their job. And finally, my mama is ill with a heart condition, but she’s going to be fine. Life really slaps ya around sometimes, espesh when you get word that your mama is sick.
It’s amazing how the things that we stress over everyday become insignificant when the person who gave you life falls victim to poor health. Makes the stress caused by that guy who never seems to call rather silly, doesn’t it?
So that’s that. Things are great, in check, just fine.
